To Report a Lost or Stolen Debit CardTo report a lost or stolen debit card please call 1-877-300-3509. Upon entering the voice message system, press 1 for instructions in English or press 2 for instructions in Spanish. Next you should press 2 for lost or stolen cards. You will be asked to enter your debit card number, but if you do not have your card number, stay on the line and a customer service representative will help you cancel the card. Once this has been done, please contact the branch where you conduct your business so that we can place a reorder and make sure the card is captured upon any attempted use. Please let us know as soon as you notice your card is missing. You can call us during normal banking hours at 731-660-8000 or email us and we'll get back to you. Please make sure we have your name and phone number and the best way to contact you.
