Bank of Jackson Lost Debit Card

To report a lost or stolen debit card please call 1-877-300-3509. Upon entering the voice message system, press 1 for instructions in English or press 2 for instructions in Spanish. Next you should press 2 for lost or stolen cards. You will be asked to enter your debit card number, but if you do not have your card number, stay on the line and a customer service representative will help you cancel the card. Once this has been done, please contact the branch where you conduct your business so that we can place a reorder and make sure the card is captured upon any attempted use.
