• W-2s from the past year
• Most recent pay stub for all borrowers
• Most recent 30-day bank statements
• Two forms of I.D.; one must have photo
• VA only: Certificate of eligibility or DD214
• SSI only: Most recent awards letter
• Self-employed borrowers only: 2 years of full tax returns
