Lost/ Stolen Debit Cards

To report a lost or stolen debit card, please call 731-660-8000 or any of our branch locations during normal business hours. Be sure to let us know as soon as you notice your card is missing.

After Hours - please call 1-800-264-5578. Upon entering the voice message system, press 1 for instructions in English or press 2 for instructions in Spanish. Next you should press 9 for lost or stolen cards.

You will be asked to enter your debit card number but if you do not have your card number, stay on the line and a customer service representative will help you cancel the card. Once this has been done, please contact the branch where you conduct your business so that we can place a reorder and make sure the card is captured upon any attempted use.
Please let us know as soon as you notice your card is missing. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

The Bank of Jackson offers Mastercard credit cards with 24-hour security online access to your credit card account information at www.mycardstatement.com.
